A story about a Five Night's at Candy's Alternative Universe...
...told in a series of Vocaloid covers!

What is Songs of Disarray?As said on the main page, Songs of Disarray is a Five Nights at Candy’s AU told with covers of Vocaloid songs. But that’s really simplifying it…The storyline begins in 1961, at the Rat & Cat Theater, and we follow multiple characters throughout the years afterwards. Some are characters you may already know, and some are entirely original characters that I made. And Candy’s isn’t the only story adapted into the series; as Five Nights at Freddy’s (1-3 + 4) and POPGOES are heavily involved, as well!I’m not a musician, but I’ve always loved planning out music videos that tell stories, especially with multiple singers. So Songs of Disarray’s story will be told through different songs that I’ve hand-picked; there will be around 10 or more entries for the series. All of the songs will be covered by various different Vocaloid voice banks, with instrumentals recreated by GoldenAdrien of Forsaken AR fame. The videos will all be directed and produced by me (blankfairy312) with art by me, as well as from others (who will all be named and linked with each entry).Any questions about lore can be asked in my strawpage inbox on Twitter! I’m having a lot of fun writing the lore for the series, so I’ll share as much info as I can…without spoiling things. There is some information I want to wait to reveal in the main series only ;)

If these guys didn't exist, uh... I guess I'd be writing Fire Emblem x Evillious Chronicles x Elden Ring crossover stuff instead, or something.

But for serious... I'd also like to extend a huge thank you to the creative side of the FNAF and Vocaloid communities that I grew up with. If it weren't for The Living Tombstone, CREEP-P, Wattpad self-insert fanfictions, and AUs created by fans, then I wouldn't have discovered my true passion! Which is video directing and editing, as well as exploring complex themes withing characters that I'm deeply invested in. I've found the perfect way for me to tell my story, something that I've struggled with for YEARS. I wouldn't have found that out if it weren't for the many creators who have inspired and influenced me in the past.Songs of Disarray is a very personal project for me. I've been making up AUs and OCs for years and have reached a point in my life where I want to sit down and MAKE something to dedicate myself to, something to put all my passion into creating. I've put so much of "myself" into this story, exploring my own past through the perspectives of the characters I'm trying to bring to life. I've learned so much about "myself" and about human beings as a whole through the media I consumed---the music I listened to, the games I played, the stories I grew invested in---and through real life experiences that I've been reflecting on in therapy. Struggles with identity and the "self," the will to live or to find something to live for, the desire to be loved and to share love, the need to be seen and heard, the need to be understood. And I'm able to express "myself" through the act of creation and storytelling, inspired by everything that I've experienced.
So, in a way, Songs of Disarray is "my story;" a story about the "self." I want to take a very serious approach when sharing this story with the world, so please be patient with me throughout this journey. I'm very grateful to have the opportunity to share my story with the world, I hope you all enjoy it.
